organized Senators first, sorted by Party, followed by House, sorted by
Party. It includes their home address. If there are two (2) phone #s, the

the party 'D' or 'R', and finally is their Capitol email address.
The Senate composition is 21/29 Democrats/Republicans, and the House is
45/55 Democrats/Republicans.
