Send a message to

[log in to unmask]

Put a one-line commeand in the message body saying:

UNSUBSCRIBE IOWA-TOPICS   Your Name

What I suggest people do is copy the UNSUBSCRIBE line above with your name
in it and then click on the LISTSERV line and then paste the message
(UNSUBSCRIBE IOWA-TOPICS Your Name) into the body of the message.

It will probably ask if you want a subject line, and just say no.

Let me know if this works.  If not, send a message to the address below.

Then, when you want to sign back on, use SUBSCRIBE IOWA-TOPICS Your Name
