Since we have adopted a National policy of punishment for treatment of
crimes, I suggest that contractors be hired to collect and deliver all the
dead fish etc, to the front door of the office of Koch Industries, and then
bill them for the hauling charges, and give them the maximum fine for
pollution, and bill them for all the charges necessary to contain the
pollution.
