River Access clean-up.  2/23/02

Please join me at the Harriet St. Boat ramp for a clean-up morning.  We'll
start at 8:30 AM  and go until 11:30.  Des Moines Parks and Recreation will
have bags and trucks as well as staff support.  Harriet St. boat ramp is
north and east of the Des Moines River bridge off SE 14th St. in Des
Moines.  If you are coming from the south, turn right at the bait shop on
Harriet St., and go up and over the levee just past the compost piles.  If
you are coming from the north, turn left onto Harriet St. and do the same.
