FYI - At the conference on Agriculture and the Environment, John Olson of
the Iowa DNR said that the department has to have at least 10 samples per
year in order to use data.  If you are an IOWATER volunteer, you will
probably have to get out to your stream and crack some ice in the winter in
order to have enough data to satisfy this requirement.
