I just discovered http://www.enature.com .  You can put in your email
address and zipcode and it will lead you to a page where you can find
photographs of the common birds, butterflies, mammals as well as repitles
and amphibians.  By clicking a box at the upper right of each photograph,
you can begin to record your lifelist.
