Wednesday, October 16
at  6:00 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, at 37th and Cottage Grove in
Des Moines in our regular meeting room.  We will have food (appetizers,
pizza, desserts) at 6:00 p.m., and while we eat we can browse and make
silent bids on the many donated items.  (Please bring your checkbooks!)  We
will recognize Species-a-thon  participants and give prizes for most money
raised, most species identified, etc. Door prizes will also be given.
Captains,  name your team and send your results to me.

Iowa delegates to the UN will report on the recent meeting in Johannesburg,
South Africa.
