The 8:00 - 9:45am Commission discussion will include:

1. An analysis of numbers and locations of livestock confinements as well
as new permit and manure management plan applications that have come into
the DNR recently -- hopefully on a topographical map with watershed
boundaries for a visual view of highly concentrated areas
2. A presentation by ISU sociologist Paul Lasley
3. A review of Iowa Code §459
4. Commission discussion of next steps

Donna Buell
EPC Commissioner
