Vilsack plan favors sources beyond corn for ethanol
Goals are renewable energy, warming reversal

Former Iowa Gov. Tom Vilsack said Tuesday that corn-based ethanol will fail 
to meet the nation's renewable-fuel needs, and he proposed tax incentives to 
promote other sources as part of a long-term national energy plan.
