A major day for energy efficiency in the Iowa Senate. SF 544, the energy
efficiency bill, passed the Senate with no opposition. Significant
efficiency language was added via 3 amendments. The bill text can be

I thought you would want to know.

In addition, we were able today to get efficiency language added to the
Power Fund Bill in subcommittee on the House side. Things are improving
there, from our previous concerns.
