HF2692 did not pass at all. The de-delegation sections were safely  
added to the “Standings” Bill HF2700 and passed, in the final hours.  
The manure stockpiling did not pass or get added to any bill. We  
stopped it in the last 30 minutes of the Session, because the  
compromise offer was not ‘sweet enough.’

As soon as bills of the final days are ‘built up’ and posted online, I  
will do a more complete summary.
