This is a very bad ruling.  

Wally, I'll introduce your language in Warren County this year. 
 
I wonder if "revoking the corporate charter" will now be considered the same 
as murder.  This is something that I think could/should be done on a regular 
basis...like starting with Goldman Sacks.
