Thanks for mentioning that Charlie.  I had not read that yet.  Dubuque is on the 
leading edge of making their city walkable and bikeable. All part of the Cool

Subject: Dubuque in Sierran magazine

Dubuque was mentioned in page 47 of the latest Sierran magazine as recently 
adopting a complete streets policy. Complete Streets dictates that when a street 

is redone that it it takes into account pedestrans,bicyclists and mass transit 
as well as cars and trucks.
