This rule will go back to the Adminstrative Rules Review Committee (ARRC) at
their August meeting. Neila Seaman, Iowa Chapter Director, stirred the pot
at an ARRC meeting a few months ago when she spoke in opposition to lead
shot.
I heard that Rep. Matt Windschitl is threatening to take this back to
legislature to override the NRC's decision.
But I don't remember if he is on the ARRC.
