These "Wetlands Over Lunch" programs have been offered for several months,
and can be seen at the ICN locations listed in this message. However, if
participation doesn't increase at the ICN locations, they will be dropped.
I told Ann that I would help publicize them. Last month was on Eddyville
Dunes, and Steve Swan gave the program on his canoe trail a few months ago.
I would encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.

On Wednesday, July 21, Wetlands over Lunch: Mini-Seminars on Wetlands and
Riparian Area Issues will present Terri Abbett of the Iowa Department of
Transportation, from noon to 1 p.m. Her topic will be IDOT's Wetlands
Programs. (This program will be videotaped.)
The series of presentations takes place on the third Wednesday of each
month,

The programs originate in downtown Des Moines, Room 975 at the Federal
Building,
210 Walnut St.,located in the Veterans Affairs office ICN classroom.
(Parking is usually available in the ramp at third and Court, or along
Court St.)
