Big River/Clean Water Week 2000 will feature information and
training on Mississippi River navigation, the Farm Bill, nutrient
pollution and the Dead Zone, the Great Lakes and contaminated
sediments, citizen water-monitoring, CAFOs and other critical water
issues. A draft agenda follows this registration form.
Our featured speaker on Friday evening is Howard Glasgow,
researcher at North Carolina State University, nationally
renowned pfiesteria expert.
Big River Week will take place at the Wyndham Bristol Hotel, 2430
Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Washington, DC 20037.
