Bottle Bill Rep Don Shoultz is holding a public hearing on the bottle bill as a lead up to the interim committee. The meeting is at the Waterloo Public Library, October 3, 7 PM. We need to fill this meeting with supporters of the bottle bill and representatives of our organizations!!!
