Farm bill speech on the web
Leopold Center Director Fred Kirschenmann testified at a March 27
hearing of the U.S. Senate Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry
Committee to gather information on the research, extension and
education aspects of the upcoming farm bill.  He encouraged more
money for basic research including soils, biodiversity, and using
