Here are some interesting ideas on what to do with the tax refund that
George W. Bush has started to send to you courtesy of our elected
officials in Congress who have approved his budget and tax cut.

Even though you may see it as a bribe, DO NOT, I repeat, do not send it
back to Mr. Bush. Instead, send him a nice letter stating that you plan
to:

(a) start a local fund in your community to sponsor him and other
elected officials to take a trip to the Arctic national Wildlife, either
during the summer months or, depending on your goals, feelings, and
attitudes, during the winter months. Please keep in mind that there are
advantages to a summer trip since I understand that Mr. Bush does not
believe that any animals actually live in that part of the world and
were only a winter trip funded, this belief may be reinforced. A
semi-annual trip would be most useful.

(b) Send your entire tax refund to Senator John Kerry who has already
intimated that he plans to run for President in 2004.

(c) Send your non-tax-deductible donations to Committee to Re-elect Gore
in 2004, P.O. Box 10, Libertyville, Iowa 52567.

(d) Send it to any good cause for which Mr. Bush and company have cut
funding and
which has allowed you to receive this refund, including renewable
energy and various programs which protect the environment and wild
places.
