Iowa Chapter Sierra Club members are invited to attend a "Nutrient Pollution
Hearing," on December 10, 2001.  The hearing starts at 8:30 AM at the Embassy
Suites Hotel on the River, 10 East Locust Street, Des Moines.  There will be
an opportunity for public comments in the afternoon, so it would be great to
