I just heard from Ed Hopkins in Washington, DC, that Senator Wellstone is
going to sponsor the EQIP/CAFO amendment, to prevent grants from going to new
factory farms and those in floodplains.  However, he needs a Republican
co-sponsor.  Senator Grassley is the leading target.  Please make calls to
Senator Grassley asking him to co-sponsor this amendment.
