My reference to dam building an earlier message was to the lake development program. I think it was listed on the agenda as a decision item.

Jane justifiably chastises us for doing nothing about the road project in Shimek State Forest. But saving the world is a big job. A few of us just can't be everywhere. Jane certainly seems to be though.
