Vacancy Announcement and Request for Nominations To the National Clean Water 
Campaign Committee 

The goals of the Clean Water Campaign Committee ("Committee") are to address 
the environmental problems posed by confined animal feeding operations, 
ensure full implementation and enforcement of the total maximum daily load 
program under the Clean Water Act, protect and restore wetlands, and respond 
to proposed rollbacks in Clean Water Act regulatory programs.  An overview of 
the Club's program can be found at www.sierraclub.org/cleanwater. 

The Committee is recruiting three new members to fill its roster of nine.  We 
are seeking individuals with experience as a Club activist as well as a 
background in substantive water pollution issues.   

If you would like to nominate yourself for membership on the Committee,
