A public meeting will be held to explain the Lower Gar Lake TMDL, discuss issues related to it , and receive input from stakeholders and the public.  The meeting will be at the Maritime Museum in Arnold's Park at 7 pm on January 21.  The meeting will be conducted by IDNR TMDL staff.  Regards, Bill Graham
