SUPPORT but we would like to see a representative of the environmental committee on the State board. HF 108(Lukan et. al.) establishes an idemnity fund for farmers whose crops have been contaminated by neighborÕs genetically engineered crops.OPPOSE in present form. This bills charges corn and soybean producers a tax on their crop to pay for the fund. We believe the fund should be paid by a tax on genetically engineered seeds.
