Mark your calendars now for the weekend of April 4th-6th for an amazing
environmental conference hosted by Grinnell College in Iowa.

THE HOE-DOWN IN THE HEARTLAND!!

On April 4th-6th an incredible group of trainers and speakers are
joining students throughout the Midwest and the country for one of the
biggest conferences of the year! Trainers are coming from ForestEthics,
GreenCorps, PowerShift, Greenpeace, the Rainforest Action Network, Free
the Planet and more! John Passacantando, Executive Director of
Greenpeace will be delivering the keynote speech Saturday evening.

This is a memorial conference in honor of Greg Schrieber, a visionary
activist who tragically passed away last Spring. In honor of his
commitment to environmental organizing, some of the nation's leading
trainers and organizers are coming together in Iowa for this incredible
weekend.

Trainings will range from planning campaigns and media techniques to
advanced trainings in direct action, lobbying, community grassroots
organizing and tons more. This is your opportunity to learn from the
best!

Issue briefings, concerts, movies, parties, food and fun are all
included and we would love to see everyone there!

Housing is provided as are all meals during the conference. A small
registration fee for t-shirts and basic costs is asked, but scholarships
and group rates are also available.
