Barn owls are bad for business!  

That's the reason Iowa can't attract new industry or why college graduates 
leave here in droves or why Medicare reimbursement is so low or why teachers 
are paid so little. Too many barn owls! Oh, and peregrine falcons, too. Too 
many of them, driving out dollars.
