We just got our first look at the Budget, and despite what Rep. Nussle continues to say, there is a section in the Budget that encourages Arctic Refuge drilling.
 
We need to crank up the calls into his office right now - people need to tell Nussle to remove all provisions in the budget for drilling in the Arctic Refuge.
