I did provide a copy of your talking points document to Mary Lundby this
week. She said the bill seems to be in good shape, the two amenders have
backed off their amendments per her conversations with them. I will be
asking Tom Cope (Sen. Iverson¹s assistant) to try to get it scheduled for
debate early this week. And, will ask other environmental lobbyists to do
the same.

We need to get it to the House to make the second funnel, April 11.
