Well, I just received this because our phones didn't work until this a.m. because of a damaged cable in the area, so I missed it.  
I will try to get out on my bike tomorrow to see if there's garlic mustard east of Redfield on the Raccoon River Trail.  If there is, I'll try calling Dallas Co. or whatever county it's in to see if they are aware of it.
