I would be interested in attending this. How should I proceed with registering? Is there a fee? -----Original Message----- From: Jane Clark [mailto:[log in to unmask]] Sent: Thursday, June 19, 2003 12:23 PM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Rain Garden Workshop I wanted to let people know about an opportunity to learn about designing and installing rain gardens in home settings to take stormwater runoff from roof tops and driveways! Rain Garden Workshop Ankeny Art Center 1520 Ordnance Rd Tuesday, June 24. 6:30 pm People were asked to pre-register (if possible) so that they have an idea how many to expect. Ankeny Art Center--515-965-0940. Directions: the address is 1520 Ordnance Rd., but you can't get there from Ordnance, for some reason that driveway is permanently blocked off. Entry is off State Street Frontage road, which you access from State street. Should go north on State past Ordnance, John Deere is on the west side and the Art Center is on the east. After a long ditch/pond running along the east side of the road, take the first chance to turn right, then take another on State St. Frontage Rd, go south to the Art Center. If you cannot attend and/or would like your own rain garden workshop in your community, your agency, or your firm- please let me know and we can get something scheduled. Thanks!
