A few months ago, Sierra Club solicited ideas for articles for the upcoming
Outside Magazine.  Some Iowa ideas were submitted, but it doesn't look like
we made the magazine.  However, this issue is on the stands and seems to be
well worth reading.


To Louisiana Sierra Club Chapter Chair, Harold Schoeffler, who was recently
featured in Outside Magazine's water issue. Harold is a proud sportsmen,
Cadillac dealership owner, and effective conservation advocate. Harold's
work has saved the bayous of the Atchafalaya Basin and the Louisiana Black
Bear.
