A local organic farmer coalition is trying really hard to get an environmentally friendly line of meats into Iowa retailers and restaurants. It's going ok, but they are stretched with work left to do and a short time frame to prove themselves to the customers. If you would like to volunteer or discount your services to them they need help with
-bookkeeping using Peachtree software
-grocery store demos/educational table on Saturdays or weekday evenings
-IT help to improve their website (see www.wholesomeharvest.com)
-staffing educational booths at special events like State Fair
