Good question, Bill. I remember a few years ago, on a very windy and cold
March day, probably very near 7th and Locust, that we were in one of the
infamous "free speech zones". That's why it's important to have banners,
signs, messages, and the press. Our message is for the members of the
public who are being hurt by rollbacks of environmental laws and there will
be plenty of them passing by on Locust Street in downtown Des Moines.
