Supreme Court hears Worth County Public Health Appeal The Iowa Supreme Court is hearing the appeal of the Worth County Public Health Ordinances on CAFOs tomorrow, June 10th, 1:00 P.M. in the Courtroom of the new Department of Justice Building just south of the Iowa Statehouse. Chuck Cutler, Worth County's attorney, feels it might be good if people are there to show concern for the case. If you could make it, great!!!
