Hi everyone,

I am sure you are aware of the AFO/CAFO rules that have been adopted by
EPA that we also need to adopt here in Iowa.  We plan to present
proposed rules to the EPC as an informational item at their August
meeting.  We would like to meet prior to have a discussion on the
proposed rules.

I have reserved conference rooms 5E and 5W of the Wallace Building for
2:30 pm on Thursday, July 22.  When we have a version of the proposed
rules available, I will forward it to you.  We are currently working on
revisions due to an internal review.

Please let me know if you have any questions - and share this
announcement with others you feel should attend.  I am sure I have
missed some folks.
