Central Iowa Sierra Club begins its fall program and meeting series this
week with a presentation by Brian Soenen, Director of the AWARE river and
watershed cleanup program for IOWATER.  This program organizes the annual
weeklong canoe/kayak/camping/river cleanup trip on an Iowa river-the Des
Moines River last summer.

The program is at 7:30 p.m. this Wednesday, September 15, at Grace Methodist
Church, 3700 Cottage Grove Avenue in Des Moines.
