The EPA released its Notice of Data Availability for the Mercury Rule this past week. We now have a 30-day comment period to tell them they haven't looked hard enough into potential controls or the consequential health issues that would indicate increased mercury controls are needed sooner (above the proposed levels of 70% by 2018) on all existing power plants.
