FYI - this came to the list owner as a possible reject.  Here is the exact error message:  "The enclosed  message, found in  the IOWA-TOPICS  mailbox and shown  under the spool ID 2321314 in the system log, has been identified as a possible delivery error notice for the following reason: "Sender:", "From:" or "Reply-To:" field pointing to the list has been found in mail body."  
Perhaps try removing the other "TO" information when you hit reply.  I think that's what hung it up.
