The city of Des Moines sent a notice in thier water bills to the
residents regarding this effort.

Attention all Des Moines residents: Please go to
www.barkerlemar.com/dsmep <http://www.barkerlemar.com/dsmep> to share
your thoughts about environmental priorities for the city. Answers will
be tallied and used in a series of Neighborhood meetings planned for
early spring. During these meetings, we will determine which issues
repeatedly come up in conversation and will work with residents to
develop ideas for improvement.
