regarding this effort.

to share your thoughts about environmental priorities for the city. Answers
will be tallied and used in a series of Neighborhood meetings planned for
early spring. During these meetings, we will determine which issues repeatedly
come up in conversation and will work with residents to develop ideas for
improvement.
