I recant......we are now told it is coming up in the Senate Ag Committee at 3 pm in Room 22, after a subcommittee at 11:30 this morning. It does not appear on any official list for action in the House Ag Committee today, but we are told it will come up at 1 pm, in Room 305. Sorry. Lyle HF 202 is not on the committee list for this afternoon. It could only come up with the consent of both the Chair and the Ranking (Democrat) Member, so I don't think it is to come today. They may be having a subcommittee on it, but I have not traced that down at this moment.
