Paul--it's easy to find the Urbandale Library. If you come to the Des Moines area on I-35, go west at the interchange with I-80. When you cross over Merle Hay Road, prepare yourself for the 86th Street exit. After exiting at the 86th Street exit, turn left (south) onto 86th Street. You will cross Meredith Drive and Douglas Avenue. About 1/4 mile south of Douglas, the library will be on your right. It's a large building in the Urbandale city complex. The video "Oil on Ice" will be in room A. I was very impressed by the article in the March April Issue of the Sierra, "Something Wonderful Happens When You Plant a Seed" about the first African Woman, Wangari Maathan, to be honored by receiving the Nobel Peace Prize, and have made copies to be sent to some of my friends. As you know the issue of global warming which is also an important issue was not even discussed in the last election even though it is of critical importance for the children of the future. Planting trees is ever so much better than our mad rush for oil for gasoline in our fuel inefficient cars. The first would slow down global warming and the second is hastening its approach. I am 82 years old and would be interested in going to the meeting on March 12 @ 1:30-3:30 PM, if you would send me directions as to how to get to the Urbandale Public Library from Nevada going south on I-35 to Des Moines.
