Josh Low asked me to post this for anyone who needs a copy of "Oil on Ice" or "Being Caribou" before Arctic Action Day March 12. . Phyllis
If you would like to
show either “Being Caribou” or “Oil on Ice” there is still time to get a copy
before Arctic Action Day.
Just give me a call or
email and specify if you want “Being Caribou” on VHS or DVD. “Oil on Ice”
only comes on DVD.
Also, if you already
have a screening planned (no matter how big or small), please email me the
details: date, time, place so we can keep track of how many showings are taking
place.
The timing on this is
going to be awesome – there’s a strong possibility that this could come to a
vote the week of March 14 as Congress debates their budget
bills.
Thanks!

The response so far is overwhelming and our hope is this film will
help create a flood of letters to Congress people, Senators, MPs and the Prime
Minister, that convey the strength with which Canadians and Americans feel the
Refuge should be permanently protected — at a time when it is in seriously
serious danger of being opened by the U.S. to oil and gas development. This
