The Training Governance Committee using the results from several needs
assessments, including the National Purpose Local Action/Harvard study, has
determined the need for a standard leadership development training program
for all Sierra Club leaders. We are beginning the process of developing
this curriculum and would like your input on what elements (skills, knowledge,
attitudes) you think are most critical to include. Specifically what should
every Sierra Club leader learn as a foundation to successful leadership?
