NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSED UPDATES TO THE FY 2006 Intended Use Plans

for the administration of the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund

and the Water Pollution Control State Revolving Fund

 

 

The Iowa Department of Natural Resources will hold a public meeting on November 10, 2005 beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the 5th floor East conference room of the Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa. Comments are invited on updates to the Drinking Water and Clean Water State Revolving Fund Intended Use Plans for the State of Iowa Fiscal Year 2006.

 

It is anticipated that the Environmental Protection Commission will act on the updates at its December 19, 2005 meeting.

 

Written comments will be accepted through November 23, 2005. Oral comments may be presented at the meeting.
