That is exactly right, Jerry. The Deposit Law has always had great
popularity among Iowans...as they see themselves doing responsible in that
regard. Unfortunately, for years the retail industry and distributors (not
so much beer wholesalers) have heavily invested in political contributions
and lobbying to try to change or repeal while for the past 5 years we have
worked with other groups to get expansion to additioinal containers and to
raise the handling fee for redemption centers, the whole issue has been
Œstalematedı. 

Our side somehow has to mount an even bigger campaign to Œget tractionı for
what we want to do, and even just to continue to protect the law.
