The Iowa DNR initially will present its rule package for the Clean Air Mercury Rule (CAMR) to the Administrative Rules Review Committee (ARRC) on Thursday, Feb. 9. Two hearings are scheduled for later this month and comments are due at the DNR's Air Quality office by Feb. 27.
