At the July EPC Meeting, the Commission voted to change the meeting date
from the third Monday of the month to the third Tuesday of the month.
Therefore, the August EPC meeting will be held on August 15th and Client
Contact will be held on August 10th. 

The Commission will be discussing the meeting date again in August.
This is due to a couple of commissioners, who were not present during
the discussion and vote, that may have a conflict with the new day.  I
will keep you posted after August's meeting.
