DES MOINES – The Iowa Democratic Party’s Rural Council will hold a Rural Summit in Carroll on September 23^rd, 2006 at 3PM at Carroll High School. The event will highlight Democratic efforts to address issues of concern to rural voters, and feature gubernatorial candidate Chet Culver and 2006 Democratic candidates.
